The apartment has large rooms with high ceilings and has been tastefully renovated retaining some of the original art deco features. The lounge has a TV and DVD player plus a large bay window looking out over Morar Bay.  Electricity and heating is provided and there is also an open fireplace with an initial bucket of coal provided for extra cosiness in the cooler months.

The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment, also:
